2026 SPEAKERS

Pastor Nick Dalton

Pastor Nick is the Senior Pastor at The Jefferson Church in Jefferson, Ga. He and his wife Channe’l have a passion for the local church and founded The Local Conference to equip Pastors and Ministry Leaders with practical tools to minister to their local communities.

Pastors Nick and Channe’l became the Senior Pastors of The Jefferson Church in 2015 and began leading the church in a direction of connecting people to Christ, Community, and a loving Church family.

Pastor Joe Dobbins

Pastor Joe is the best-selling author of Hope After Church Hurt, a book that has helped countless people heal and rediscover faith after painful church experiences. He also serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees at Oral Roberts University and is a member of the Executive Council of the Church of God, where he helps shape the future of the global church.

Known for his heart to strengthen both churches and leaders, Pastor Joe continues to invest in pastors and equip ministries across the country. He, Kayla, and their five children proudly call St. Louis home.

Pastor Manny Arango

Manny Arango is a Bible nerd, a storyteller, a troublemaker, an overcomer, and a revivalist.

Passionate about fighting for people who have lost their voice, Manny strives to inspire those who have lost hope or have settled for mediocre.

He deeply values Bible literacy and founded ARMA, an academic Bible study tool that reflects his heart to equip and champion God's people.
